THE LAB, Best of the Bay is a high-energy soccer competition created to showcase the best 1v1 talent in the Bay Area.
Players (18+) will go head-to-head in fast-paced 1v1 battles and an old-school penalty shootout competition for a chance to win cash prizes, earn recognition, and prove they belong at the top.
This event is built for players who love competition, confidence, skill, and pressure. It is more than just a tournament, it is a football culture event where players can compete, be seen, and earn their crown.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

Players will be randomly placed into 4 groups of 5 players.
Step into the spotlight and prove your game in fast-paced, head-to-head battles. Players will compete in small-sided 1v1 matchups where skill, confidence, and composure decide who moves on. First to 3 goals wins, and only the strongest advance.
This is not a regular penalty kick. Players start with the ball 5 seconds away from goal. When the whistle blows, they have 5 seconds to dribble in, make their move, and score before time runs out. Goalkeeper can fully defend.
